We’re not a large dealership with layers of sales staff. The directors are personally involved in sourcing, inspecting, preparing and selling our cars.

So when you buy from us, you’re dealing directly with the people responsible for the car—not just a salesperson.

Every car goes through a thorough inspection and verification process:

• JomCheck + insurance claim reports to check for accident, flood and total-loss records.
• Service centre verification — we contact the original authorised service centre where possible to verify recorded mileage and check for signs of mileage tampering.
• Body and chassis inspection — we inspect the chassis and body panels for signs of previous repair or panel replacement.
• Flood inspection — we check the cabin, metal components and other areas for signs of rust or water damage.

We don't just look at the car—we verify its history and inspect the car itself.

We do not sell flood-damaged cars, and the cars featured on GraceMotor.my are accident-free based on our inspection and verification.

For other vehicles we may have in stock, minor accident history may be disclosed where applicable.

We also verify mileage through insurance claim reports, service records at authorised service centres where possible. If we discover that a car's mileage has previously been tampered with, we will correct it back to the last verified mileage rather than hide it.

Our goal is simple: what we know about the car, we tell you.
